Imagine Austin Action Matrix

The City Charter of Austin requires the annual updating of the matrix indicating the implementation status of benchmarks of each priority program. The annotated Action Matrix lists the status of Imagine Austin actions that fall under each of the priority programs' topics, including a brief description of the progress made in the past year.
In summary, 44% of all 237 Imagine Austin actions are either complete or ongoing and 45% are in progress.
“Complete” actions have been fully implemented.
“On going” actions have been initiated and are of a continuing nature.
“In Progress” actions have been partially completed or are underway.
“No Further Action Planned” actions are those that City departments will no longer be working on.
“No Status Available” actions are those which city staff have not yet been able to verify an implementation status or assignment to a City department.
